Monthly Book Rules

• Each entry will be $5

• Drawing will place at 3:00pm on the last Sunday of each month.

• Drawing will run from 2:00pm on the Monday after the last Sunday of the month to 2:59 on the last Sunday of the following month.

• You MUST be a member to enter the drawing.

  • Please note:

    • You must have received your membership card to participate

    • If your name is not on the membership roster in the book, you cannot participate.

    • Guests are not permitted to participate

• You must purchase an item to sign the book

• The bartender must initial next to the members entry to make it official

• The winner will be selected from a bag with chips correlating to the each membership number

  • A random bar patron will select only one chip from the bag

  • If the chip selected matches a member’s numbers who signed the monthly book, that member wins the pot

    • If the winner signs the book but is not present, they will only receive 50% of the total pot

    • The winner has 30 days to claim their winnings, after 30 days the unclaimed winnings will go towards the Club

• If no winner is selected, the prize will roll over to the following monthly drawing

  • Please note:

    • Only members that signed the monthly book previously are eligible to sign the book again until a winner is select.
